Content on this site is general information about public insurance adjusting. It is not legal advice, not insurance advice, and not a guarantee of any claim outcome. A public insurance adjuster represents the insured; we do not represent insurance companies and we cannot practice law.
No relationship until a contract is signed
Submitting a form or sending documents does not create an adjusting relationship. A relationship begins only when a Texas Department of Insurance FIN 535 public insurance adjuster contract is signed by you and countersigned by D1 Claims.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to submit only documents you have the right to share, and not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or upload malicious files.
Electronic signatures and communications
You consent to sign the adjuster contract electronically and to receive contract copies, notices, and claim communications by email and, where you opt in, by text message. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Intellectual property
The D1 Claims name, logo, and site content are owned by DZ Consulting, LLC dba D1 Claims and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DZ Consulting, LLC dba D1 Claims is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
